Stage IV will take place over half a day and you will be informed on the day if you have passed the final assessment. Upon passing the assessment, which will ensure your competency and safety for Botulinum toxin and dermal filler injectable treatments, you will be issued with a Level 7 Certificate, regulated by Ofqual.

If you do not pass the assessment, you will be given the opportunity to re- take the specific failed component of the assessment again, without incurring any additional charges.

10 observed Botulinum Toxin treatments
10 supervised Botulinum Toxin treatments
10 observed soft tissue filler treatments
10 supervised soft tissue filler treatments
Review of evidence in treatment portfolio passport provided
Observed Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs)

OSCE stations assessing:

  • The aesthetic consultation and consenting
  • Botulinum toxin injecting procedures
  • Dermal fillers injecting procedures
No major failures and under 10 minor failures
Written Examination Multiple choice and short answer question assessment based on 8 e- learning modules covered in Stage I and Stage II 80% or more correct answers
