It is the responsibility of all users of this website, course applicants, course delegates and clients to be fully versed in the following terms of service. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

  • These terms and conditions shall govern your use of this website as well as your relationship with Acquisition Aesthetics.
  • By accessing and using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; hence, if you are in disagreement with any part of these terms and conditions you must not use our website or seek the use of our services in any way.
  • At any time, these terms and conditions may be changed or updated in any way and without notice. It is your responsibility as the consumer to ensure you remain up to date with our current terms of service and should therefore check this page regularly for updates.
  • To utilise our website, you must be 18 years of age or over and by using our website you express to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • Except where expressly stated otherwise, all persons, third party trade marks, brand names, content, services, establishments and venues featured on this website are in no way associated with Acquisition Aesthetics.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics will always have the reserved rights to provide (depending on third party and contributor agreement) any materials (video or lecture based) to any delegates. Delegates will not have automatic rights over requesting such information and nor will they be provided with it upon monetary exchange for any courses or access to online materials.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics are committed to protecting your privacy and will ensure that your information will be collected and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will not share your data with any third party except for administrative or training purposes relating to the services provided.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics has partnered with a small number of hand selected industry leaders. Unless Acquisition Aesthetics are informed otherwise, delegates details are shared with selected partners.
  • You must not record or photograph any slides, presentations, demonstrations, lectures, model patients, treatments or any other content delivered during our training courses unless permission to do so is granted.
  • If photographs are taken of delegates during any course, this will be carried out by officers of Acquisition Aesthetics and only if permission has been expressly granted by delegates in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Permission is granted via acceptance of our Terms and Conditions upon purchase completion or the formation of an online portal.
  • In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.
  • You grant to Acquisition Aesthetics a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to Acquisition Aesthetics the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.
  • Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Acquisition Aesthetics or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).
  • You must not submit any user content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website, or stored on Acquisition Aesthetics’ servers, or hosted or published upon this website.
  • Notwithstanding Acquisition Aesthetics’ rights under these terms and conditions in relation to user content, Acquisition Aesthetics does not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on, this website.
  • All bookings made through Acquisition Aesthetics are subject to availability and any holding deposits for products are non- refundable. All other holding deposits for courses, treatments or personalised 1-2-1 sessions, irrespective of their value and transaction mode (e.g. website, personal communication, email or exhibition fairs) are non- refundable as stated. If full payments are not made within a specified time frame (usually 30 days), Acquisition Aesthetics reserves the right to withdraw any offers or discounts and hold all deposits made.
  • Any provisional booking made through this website is at the discretion of Acquisition Aesthetics and does not guarantee confirmation of a course or treatment. Acquisition Aesthetics reserves the right to override or cancel any provisional bookings made through this website. Acquisition Aesthetics may also cancel confirmed appointments to a course of treatment due to unforeseen circumstances and in these instances, any payments will be returned in full.
  • You must be listed on the General Medical Council / General Dental Council / Nursing and Midwifery Council register in order to attend any of our courses and by booking a course you are expressing to us that you have the relevant registration.
  • On receipt of your booking request your registration status will be confirmed with the relevant body.
  • When booking a course / treatment through this website you must use a valid debit / credit card and it is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds in the account for payment to be processed.
  • All course fees must be paid in full before attended a course.
  • Course and treatment fees may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of Acquisition Aesthetics.
  • Any promotional discounts or deals are offered on a temporary and specific basis only. Promotional discounts or deals cannot be carried over to purchase other / additional services or be transferred over to another consumer.
  • Any credit or course bookings cannot be transferred over to another consumer.
  • Discounts are not applicable in conjunction with any other offer, deal or discount nor on any Level 7 booking
  • On successful completion of the course you will be issued a certificate including CPD points. This certificate acts only as evidence of attendance of the course and in no way guarantees competence in the procedures covered at the course or otherwise.
  • During the training course, all delegates will be fully insured under insurance acquired through Acquisition Aesthetics’ preferred supplier. Beyond the course, attendees are required to seek individual indemnity to continue practicing and recommendations of suppliers will be made during the course.
  • You must indemnify, defend and hold harmless Acquisition Aesthetics and its directors, employees and affiliates from any third party claims, liability, damages and costs that may arise from your use of this website.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics accepts no liability for any treatments booked through this website which falls to the individual practitioner administering treatment and their indemnity provider.
  • Payment for any course must be in full unless an instalment payment scheme is selected, in which case the following will apply:
      • All instalment schemes are subject to 0% interest and any promotional offers can only be applied once at the original transaction
      • If you are paying for a course in instalments and don’t make your payment each month on time your account and all course access will be revoked. Should you wish to continue with your course following this, there will be a reactivation fee of £150.
      • All instalment payment options must be paid within 48 hours of receipt of an invoice. Failure to make payment will result in deactivation of online accounts and access shall be revoked to further training. Reactivation of accounts of any kind incur an administration fee of £150.
      • Level 7 payments at any stage are non-refundable. Instalment options can be stopped at any time, however all payments made are non-refundable. In the event that the directors allow a refund due to exceptional circumstances, this will be at the directors’ discretion and an administrative charge of £350 shall be taken from any made payments
      • Instalments will be debited automatically from the paying account on a monthly basis after the initial payment is made
      • Delegates will not be able to sign up for a Foundation or Advanced course on a 10 month instalment programme until the 3rd month of instalment payments is made and cleared.
      • Acquisition Aesthetics takes no responsibility for invoices not received due to electronic or any other errors.
  • Payment by instalments will not be available if the chosen course date is less than 3 months in the future.
  • Full payment for a course (even if through the instalment scheme) must be completed by a minimum of 1 month prior to the course date. Delegates cannot enrol onto (or complete where applicable) a Stage of the Level 7 Certificate if the Stage is not paid in full.
  • If payment is not completed by the desired time it is at the discretion of Acquisition Aesthetics if the delegate is allowed to attend the course enrolled upon.
  • No delegate will be allowed to attend any courses that are not paid for in full at any time.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics is not liable to pay  any returns/partial returns int he event of a product pricing adjustment.
  • All cosmetic model patient purchases through the website or any coordinator, trainer, email or telephone correspondence are non- refundable and non-transferable to another date at any time. It is the responsibility of the cosmetic model patient to ensure that they are available for their treatment date. This is due to a number of aspects including the time and cost of organisation and product purchase in addition to the need to replace the model patient at short notice for the delegates.
  • VAT will need to be charged on all invoices to non-EU delegates conferences/seminars that take place in the UK are liable for UK VAT as they are classified under VAT legislation as ‘services supplied where performed’ and therefore VAT of the country hosting the conference must be charged. Overseas delegates must pay the VAT charged on their invoice initially but can potentially reclaim this back from the UK VAT office.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics is not obliged to provide treatments of any kind to cosmetic model patients.
  • Upon booking, cosmetic model patients accept that all treatments are provided at the discretion of Acquisition Aesthetics only.
  • Model treatments occur in a communal room with other model treatments taking place by learning delegates, with no partition. Please only purchase treatments in the knowledge that you will not be guaranteed absolute privacy during your treatment/s.
  • Should a cosmetic model patient have any concern following treatment, Acquisition Aesthetics will endeavour to provide a solution wherever feasible.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics cannot guarantee that all cosmetic model patients will respond to treatment in the same way. Due to differences in anatomy and metabolism, different individuals may experience varying results from a treatment. Treatments are provided in accordance with the dose / volume and not to effect. If a cosmetic model patient desires expert review / top-up treatment, this will be offered at the cost price. Please note that in the event of any major complication from treatment, the faculty will endeavour to provide complementary emergency consultations / treatment as a priority.
  • If a corrective treatment is offered to a cosmetic model, this must be received within 10 weeks of the original treatment date on corrective dates offered by Acquisition Aesthetics. If the corrective/ top up treatment is not obtained within the 10 weeks (providing a date option/ options have been presented to the model), the cosmetic model will have to purchase a new treatment.
  • Models have 14 days after their treatment to make contact with us if they have any problems or concerns.
  • If a cosmetic model patient fails to attend a confirmed complimentary review appointment or cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time, they will be required to pay the standard consultation fee of £50.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics is not liable to pay  any returns/partial returns int he event of a product pricing adjustment.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics are unable to supply any before or after photos to models from our database however, our co-ordinators will be more than happy to use your phone or device on the day of treatment to take a photo for you.
  •  
  • Please note that no cosmetic model is permitted to bring along children of any age to any training day under any circumstances. In the event that children are in attendance with a cosmetic model patient or delegate, Acquisition Aesthetics will reserve the right to refuse treatment without offering any refund or complimentary transfer on to subsequent courses.
  • Cancellations and re-bookings are equivocal

  • It is the responsibility of course delegates to ensure they are able to attend the course at the designated time.

  • It is the responsibility of course delegates to check there are no cancellations/delays to services if they are planning to travel via public transport. Course delegates must make alternative travel arrangements if necessary. 

  • Any course delegates who wish to cancel or re-book a training course must contact Acquisition Aesthetics immediately.

  • All cancellations/ re- bookings are subject to an administration fee in addition to the total course cost, irrespective of any offers, at any time, due to the difficulties of filling empty spaces at short notice.

  • Courses are non-transferable nor refundable. 

  • If the booked course incorporates e-learning, this will be chargeable at the full price if cancellation is requested. 

  • Acquisition Aesthetics is not liable to pay  any returns/partial returns in the event of a product pricing adjustment.

  • Deposits for any course are non-refundable

  • If multiple cancellations occur, no admin fee is offered and delegaes/ models are liable for the full cost.

  • Delegates wishing to cancel or reschedule any level 7 mentoring session must contact the centre’s coordinator immediately. Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 4 weeks prior notice is discretionary. Any cancellation or rescheduling  request made with 2-4 weeks prior notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of £350. Cancellation, rescheduling or non-attendance with less than 2 weeks prior notice will be charged at the full course rate of £640+VAT.

  • Due to the administrative, venue and training costs associated with training, we are unable to defer a course date free of charge for anyone emailing with written notice of less than 72 hours and the delegate will be liable for 100% of the course fee/ mentoring fee with no refund offered If the session missed is a Level 7 mentoring session, then the delegate will be required to purchase a new mentoring session.

  • If notice is given with 72 hours or more for reasons relating to personal circumstances, Acquisition Aesthetics may transfer course dates with a small administrative cost incurred only. Deferred course dates will be offered as early as possible on a reserve course list. If the reserve date is not suitable for the delegate and a refund is requested, only 20% of the original cost paid will be offered back to the delegate. 

  • If a course is canceled by Acquisition Aesthetics (including due to matters relating to Covid-19), Acquisition Aesthetics holds no liability in refunding the costs. The course costs will be transferred over to the next available course or preferred date.

  • No refund will be given for any model treatments if less than 72 hours notice of written notice given for any matters. Rescheduling in this instance will incur a £20 administrative fee. No refunds will be offered for any treatments once booked.

  • Acquisition Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred and the delegate and/ or model acknowledges and agrees that Acquisition Aesthetics is under no obligation to reimburse any expenses, whether incurred during the course of training activities, travel or any other purpose. 

  • Acquisition Aesthetics provides no guarantee to the accuracy of information and material displayed on this website.
  • This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Acquisition Aesthetics makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.
  • Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Acquisition Aesthetics does not warrant that: this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics and any affiliated companies hereby expressly exclude all terms, which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any damages whether foreseeable or arising in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, under common law or otherwise. These damages include but are not limited to direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages to involve loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data or other intangible losses, damage to reputation and financial costs of the procurement of substitute goods or services which may have arisen through the use of our services or website including performance failures in relation to our website and other services. These limitations of liability apply even if Acquisition Aesthetics has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
  • You accept that, as a limited liability entity, Acquisition Aesthetics has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against Acquisition Aesthetics’ officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website.
  • [Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph,] you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect Acquisition Aesthetics’ officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and sub-contractors as well as Acquisition Aesthetics.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics is not liable for any external changes to the Level 7 Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine including those involving the awarding body/ies and/ or regulators.
  • The specification and learner journey for the Level 7 Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine may be altered and updated at any point in accordance with updates from the award body/ies. Acquisition Aesthetics will endeavour to update all learning materials in accordance with these changes and ensure delegates are kept informed of the expectations of their performance.Acquisition Aesthetics does not accept any liability for changes that occur to the specification or learner journey / requirements through external factors including those relating to the awarding body/ies are/ or regulators. Acquisition Aesthetics will endeavour to provide additional support to all delegates in the face of changes to the programme that may impact upon their learning.

You hereby indemnify Acquisition Aesthetics and undertake to keep Acquisition Aesthetics indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Acquisition Aesthetics to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of Acquisition Aesthetics’ legal advisers) incurred or suffered by Acquisition Aesthetics arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions [or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions].

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

These terms and conditions [together with our Privacy Policy,] constitute the entire agreement between you and Acquisition Aesthetics in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

Without prejudice to Acquisition Aesthetics’ other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Acquisition Aesthetics may take such action as Acquisition Aesthetics deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

If you breach any of these terms of services and we do not take action we reserve our rights to take action in any other situation in which you breach these terms of service.

No filming or recording of lectures or practical training is permitted on any course unless explicit consent is obtained from the course provider. If consent is obtained, any recording or filming is to only be used for the private educational training purpose of the delegate alone and is not for the purposes of social media or to be shared with any external party. Any video or recording content that has been obtained on any Acquisition Aesthetics course is the sole property of Acquisition Aesthetics and if required or requested, must be destroyed.

Acquisition Aesthetics takes no responsibility or liability for any damages or losses, personal or professional, on any courses. This applies to all persons.

Level 7 Diploma terms & Conditions

If full payments are not made within a specified time frame (usually 30 days), Acquisition Aesthetics reserves the right to withdraw any offers or discounts and hold all deposits made.

  • Full payment for a course (even if through the installment scheme) must be completed by a minimum of 1 month prior to the course date. Delegates cannot enroll onto (or complete where applicable) a Stage of the Level 7
    Diploma if the Stage is not paid in full.
  • If payment is not completed by the desired time it is at the discretion of Acquisition Aesthetics if the delegate is allowed to attend the course enrolled upon.
  • No delegate will be allowed to attend any courses that are not paid for in full at any time.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics is not liable to pay any returns/partial returns in the event of a product pricing adjustment.
  • VAT will need to be charged on all invoices to non-EU delegates’ conferences/seminars that take place in the UK are liable for UK VAT as they are classified under VAT legislation as ‘services supplied where performed’ and therefore VAT of the country hosting the conference must be charged. Overseas delegates must pay the VAT charged on their invoice initially but can potentially reclaim this back from the UK VAT office.
  • Delegates have a 14-day ‘cooling off period’ upon paying the registration/sign-up fee, in which they may cancel their registration, at no charge. Any cancellations after this period will be subject to a £350 cancellation fee.
  • Delegates confirm they are able to complete the Level 7 Diploma within 24 months of sign-up – Extensions may be allowed at the discretion of the level 7 lead.
  • Delegates are expected to submit original work and maintain academic integrity throughout their studies. Plagarism, including copying from external sources without proper attribution, or presenting others’ work as your own, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the use of AI tools(e.g. generative text or content tools) must be disclosed, and outputs must be critically assessed and appropriately referenced. Any violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the training program, with all prior training disregarded and no refunds issued.  
  • It is the responsibility of course delegates to ensure they are able to attend the course at the designated time.
  • It is the responsibility of course delegates to check there are no cancellations/delays to services if they are planning to travel via public transport. Course delegates must make alternative travel arrangements if necessary.
  • Any course delegates who wish to cancel or re-book a training course must contact Acquisition Aesthetics immediately.
  • All cancellations/re-bookings are subject to an administration fee in addition to the total course cost, irrespective of any offers, at any time, due to the difficulties of filling empty spaces at short notice.
  • Courses are non-transferable nor refundable.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics is not liable to pay any returns/partial returns in the event of a product pricing adjustment.
  • Deposits for any course are non-refundable.
  • Delegates wishing to cancel or reschedule any level 7 mentoring session must contact the center’s coordinator immediately. Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 4 weeks prior notice is discretionary. Any cancellation or rescheduling request made with 2-4 weeks prior notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of £350.
  • Cancellation, rescheduling, or non-attendance with less than 2 weeks prior notice will be charged at the full course rate of £640+VAT.

  • During the training course, all delegates will be fully insured under insurance acquired through Acquisition Aesthetics’ preferred supplier. Beyond the course, attendees are required to seek individual indemnity to continue practicing and recommendations of suppliers will be made during the course.
  • You must indemnify, defend and hold harmless Acquisition Aesthetics and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any third-party claims, liability, damages, and costs that may arise from your use of this website.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics accepts no liability for any treatments booked through this website which falls to the individual practitioner administering treatment and their indemnity provider.
  • Acquisition Aesthetics takes no responsibility for recording Level 7 documentation on courses, this must be completed by the delegate.
  • Delegates must fill out one form per treatment on one patient. I.e. if recording 1 performed filler and 1 observed filler on the same patient, this must still be 2 separate forms.
  • Delegates can record treatments on ANY Acquisition Aesthetics course, including Foundation, Advanced and Masterclass courses, not only on Mentoring days.
  • 4 Photos per patient must be taken on the delegate’s own device. 2 before photos and 2 after photos.
  • Photos can not be provided by the academy retrospectively.
  • Delegates cannot use photos from training sessions for their own personal social media or advertising use.
  • Inform the Level 7 Team via the portal regularly of the number of treatments completed so we can appropriately book patients for courses.
  • Delegates must adhere to the informal and formal marking deadlines, the submission window will be open for 2 weeks prior to these dates, and any submissions after these windows must be re-submitted for the next round of
    marking.
  • Delegates must submit their SAQs, Critical appraisal, Case studies, logbook, and the required forms and front pages at the same time, at the formal marking submission.
  • 75% of the logbook must be completed. SAQs, Critical appraisal, and Case studies must be completed in full to be
    considered for informal marking.
  • Each delegate is offered one round of informal marking where they have the opportunity to receive informal feedback on their coursework and logbook in order to make the desired changes prior to their formal marking
    submission.
  • Delegates are unable to use training day models for case studies, as the treatment is often shared amongst a number of delegates.
  • Before and after photographs are essential for submitted case studies.
  • Delegates should endeavor to obtain signatures on all treatment record forms on courses, however where this was not possible, if one form has been signed, the same signature and date can be pasted onto forms from the same day only. Dates and signatures will be checked by the team.
  • Collate documents for logbook submission as follows, 4 separate collated PDF documents:
    All Observed toxin treatment record forms (10 collated)
    All Performed toxin treatment record forms (10 collated)
    All Observed dermal filler treatment record forms (10 collated)
    All Performed dermal filler treatment record forms (10 collated)
  • Documents will not be accepted for submission if not in the above format.

Without prejudice to Acquisition Aesthetics’ other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Acquisition Aesthetics may take such action as Acquisition Aesthetics deems appropriate
to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
